Equipment Selection - Pan Geometry

Problem

Equipment provided by vendors A, B, and C all have the same capacity but different pan geometries.  Select the best pan geometry based on the coating uniformity analysis.

Solution

Using the same fill volume for each model and the same pan velocity at the wall, the coating uniformity was calculated at the identical condition using PCTSUni.  The results are shown below.
